We went by minibus Cherkasy-Novomyrhorod on Saturday, January 30, 2020 at 20:00 to Smila station. In turn we were told that the minibus goes to the Shevchenko area which is in the city of Smila. When I got to the city center, my husband approached the driver to ask if he was going to Shevchenko or to go out in the center. The driver snapped at the man, closed the question: "... to Shevchenko, to Shevchenko ...", and growled that he was not going to the area we needed. We did not like the attitude of this driver, because we paid dearly for the road, drove in an old minibus, and even heard a crook and growl in his direction in response to a simple question. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Dear bus station manager !! How are things stored in the storage room ?! Please remind your subordinates of this issue, as it will be raised in court. They refused to provide me with a book of reviews, as they refused to open a storage room for me if necessary. No instructions, etc. documents that regulate the actions of bus station employees regarding the storage of things your employees do not know.
