I was, once I sent the documents by letter, everything was checked by the operator, the result was not received in a week, I had to receive the documents again, after a while I checked the mailbox, it turned out that the letter was returned back, the service was disgusting, nothing really explained, did not help, I copied it once, the result was meager paying twice is easier to overpay than to wait in line for 30 minutes, to get disgusting service, the speed of work is 5 times lower than that of competitors. I thought the main plus was the price, but I made a mistake more losses than savings. The bottom line is now, I don't use Ukrposhta at all ...

Yes, there are queues - but you should not come here from 10 to 13-00 as this is the time for an abundance of pence. There are really many of them, since Sedova is a district with a large number of pensioners. If you come to the department taking into account the time shown on the graph, everything is fine with the service). Otherwise, the employees in this department are much more polite and calmer than in the neighboring 18006 (opposite the ChDTU). There are really very rude girls, alas. I have the same time to go to both, but I still choose 18005.

Came on Saturday to receive the parcel. There were 4 clients in the department. I waited no more than 10 minutes. The parcel was found in a minute. Received on the passport, the operator was polite and wished a good day.
