We decided to sell the apartment and buy a house, But for some reason the sale process did not move at all, We posted the ads, tried to find buyers through the site of ads. My friends advised the agency Contact-T, I needed to sell the apartment as soon as possible, I really needed money, but I didn't want to sell it cheaply, and I was afraid to get caught by scammers. So we turned to this agency. They helped me with the sale, pretty quickly, I had to do something special myself, the realtor did everything herself. Of course, I had to give a certain percentage, but I was satisfied with the final amount.
