Great choice, great prices. I saw a lot of negativity due to the service - everyone's business. Always got normal service (bought 6 pairs of shoes). I always buy only with a 40% + discount. I don't know how a woman can buy three pairs of leather for the price of one pair of Ecco. Nobody forces you to buy mesh instead of leather. In the season there is always a queue and nothing to do with it. Great place to shop for shoes - 5+

Terrible service: once out of 2 pairs of shoes ordered, only one came, it took a long time to find out where the other pair was, other times the parcel was not received at all, it was simply returned at the request of the sender on the 2nd day in the office! At the last order I could not use my active bonuses, because the confirmation code simply does not come to the phone! Complaints through the feedback form are answered with general phrases, not at all interested in solving customer problems! In the store during sales price tags often do not match the price on the site! Good things, but the attitude to customers needs to be significantly improved!

The prices are very high, the quality is not very good. There are many Ukrainian-made shoes, which are positioned as Italy, USA, Germany. The workmanship is below average, the materials are cheap, leatherette is positioned as genuine leather. A lot of nets and textiles, instead of leather linings, and the price is like leather. In reality, Ekko's leather shoes cost UAH 4-5 thousand. For this money, you can buy 2 or even 3 pairs of leather shoes and change them every day. Before the sale, the prices are winding up, and then like a 40% -70% discount, although a few weeks ago the original price was lower.

The Most Horrible Service I've Ever! 【0 stars】 I ordered in this store for example ECCO - Replacement 32668661 from 11.11. 1. Upon receipt, the price turned out to be UAH 1750, although I ordered it on the site at a price of UAH 1400. Pay 350 UAH for air? No thanks. 2. The order was transported for 6 days, and the storage period was 1 day - until 17.11. Is it okay? In other stores, storage is at least 3-5 days. But, thanks at least not like the last time - when the order was delivered to another branch # bravo to logistics! As a result, you constantly waste time due to store mistakes. 3. With minor flaws - the shoes themselves came with folds; there is one seller at the checkout + an anaconda long queue
