They got to the Chance clinic by accident. Thank God they got here. Here really give a chance even to those animals who have little chance. At first, in the troubles and constant fear for the life of the dog did not pay attention to everything around. When we looked around, we realized that everything here is thought out to the smallest detail: a cozy courtyard and a large pavilion with benches in the yard, where it is very convenient to wait for the car, parking if you came from afar ( that it is important.). Cozy room, conveniently arranged places for patients and their owners ... But most importantly - people. Courageous people with good hearts and gentle eyes work here, all from the youngest to the most respectable - cool professionals. Tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, operations, procedures, patient explanations and answers to our endless questions ... We are infinitely grateful to ALL the people who work here for their attention and professionalism. Your support is very important to us. We are not afraid of you. Silva's dog family

There are not enough words to express gratitude for: 1. Smile. All employees. Guys, this is really inspiring and even helps to calm down. 2. A separate office (styryl !!!) for the reception. This is very revealing. 3. Service. Now I can say thank you not just to the "doctor", but to the GREAT doctor and more than one. 4. Prices. Expected and correct. You are smart! 5. Alas, our pets are living organisms that grow and delight us and upset when something goes wrong with them. Therefore, a place where qualified people will be given advice and cured is always in place and will be in demand. People there are literate and the most valuable thing is sympathetic! And it's not about money, through the relationship to our smaller brothers, the person himself manifests itself. So in "Chance" the guys are all with a divine spark and pleasure in life. We were in the new building for the first time. Nice, comfortable environment, comfortable observation rooms, polite staff. It so happened that on Sunday, our cat decided to jump without a parachute from the 9th floor! It is simply fortunate that the Chance clinic is open on weekends. We were examined by a doctor Denis Olegovich, a very attentive and pleasant doctor. The cat was x-rayed from different angles and .... oh, a miracle! Not a single bone was broken. Conducted anti-shock therapy, recommendations for care and gave injections with them. In general, I will not write the entire medical history, I will say that on the way to the clinic I read a lot of bad reviews, which was a little strange, since we visited the clinic even when there was a tiny room on Khomenko and then we were also well received and nothing superfluous appointed. Perhaps we are lucky)) Or maybe there are really professionals working there. Our experience is definitely positive, I would recommend this clinic to my friends.

We visit the clinic with a diagnosis of dermatitis. Dog, female, French bulldog. We undergo regular examinations and, on their basis, adjust the treatment. The dynamics are positive. We are happy with the result. Our veterinarian at this clinic is Yaroslav. Nice man, polite and professional doctor It is convenient to wait in the room, in the examination room it is clean and disinfection is carried out. The only comment to the reception, as I understand it, there is no permanent administrator in the clinic and we were booked twice at 8 am, but in fact the reception began at 8:15. The next trick has already been agreed at 8:15 to avoid misunderstandings. And, I don’t know how appropriate it would be in view of the specifics of the institution, to put a bowl for water for the dogs. The rest of the visits are happy. Promptly, efficiently, efficiently. We're on the mend.
