Cool houses, I rented an apartment there. Honestly now I want to move to Odessa from another city and buy an apartment in these buildings. I am not at all embarrassed by the nearby railway. Someone will say that it is noisy, but it is not (at least for me). Below is a playground, parking. The houses look very decent. Everything suits me. Miracle city - just a miracle! True, buying or renting an apartment there is expensive.
