We stayed in the "Bender" room, it is the smallest, but we, a family of three, felt pretty comfortable. Very comfortable sleeping places. The 2nd floor is a special place in the room where you wanted to climb as soon as possible. Every little thing in the room is thought out. Sooooo clean! There is a washing machine and microwave (in the common area). They put the car in a pocket near the house, but there is also a paid parking lot on the way to the sea. The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance (26 minutes to the sea). Thank you for the comfort and pleasant atmosphere! (The auditor recommends !!!)

We rested in the "Sailor" room with a family of 2 adults and 2 children from 07/06/2020 to 07/16/2020. Very convenient location in relation to the Center of Odessa and Lanzheron beach. Nearby there is a 24-hour shop "Glutton", a pharmacy and a cafe. The room itself has everything for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with appliances, air conditioning, TV and even a balcony. Very nice hostess Tatiana and maid Irina, always with a smile and positive! Odessa hospitality is felt right in everything))) We were very pleased and will definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and acquaintances! Once again, many thanks to you for your cordiality, attention and openness!

We rested at Sunduk Apartments for a week. I liked everything very much. Excellent location, when everything that is necessary for a good summer vacation in Odessa is nearby - the sea, the city center, Privoz. The room is very clean and neat, tastefully furnished in Odessa style. Thanks for the hospitality. We will come to you again

New hotel with a great location and modern renovation. Comfortable room, in principle, enough space. The train station, the beach, the city center - all within walking distance, which is an incredible advantage. All doors on magnetic cards. Smokers are not happy here. ☺️ Loud companies also 😊, because the sound insulation is terrible; repeatedly woke up from the fact that in the next room literally heard the conversations of others. Of the situational shortcomings was also a faulty shower tray (leaking). Also, 2 days before the eviction, the tile was taken away because it was installed incorrectly. I had to eat at restaurants nearby. (Taking advantage of the moment, we recommend Rickshaw 😊) Instead, they gave a microwave in the common room. Nearby is a round-the-clock "Glutton", a good store with responsible cashiers. In general, the impressions are good, the owners make an effort, and it is very noticeable. Given certain points, we were promised a discount for the next stay, which is very nice. We want to correct all the shortcomings and develop!
