Apart Hotel Michelle

I stayed at Apart Hotel Michelle twice during summer 2019. First stay was good, during the second one I had customer service issues. + Stylish design. Cosy accents in the room. Hotel location in the downtown. - Last-minute cancellation of pre-booked early check-in, which interfered with my business trip plans. Unprofessional (passive-aggressive) tone of communication. On the whole, I would describe this place as good value for money when things go smooth, but lacking professional staff to handle other kinds of situations.

Great location, amenities and friendly staff. Prices are decent and the heart of Odessa (Deribasavskaya) is 5 minutes away by foot.

Very clean, tidy. In the very center of the city. The price is adequate, maybe because it is not in season. Interesting interior! My wife and I had a great time in Mitchell. There were clean sheets, towels, even disposable slippers. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, hairdryer and even an iron! Clean glasses, plates and a corkscrew! Minus only one is not big, poor insulation. But, as I understand it, this is almost always the case in Odessa. The room is 3.6 m high)))) I checked it with a range finder) It is heated well, the water was warm.

Very cozy apartment in the center of Odessa. Comfortable, clean, if necessary, you can ask for an electric stove, although there is no extractor hood, so aromas will soar throughout the room. There is a balcony overlooking the courtyard, the view is not very attractive. The neighbors' windows also open onto a balcony. Therefore, they did not particularly use it. There are problems with the front door, as we did not turn the key, and we could not understand the principle of the lock, so we have to work hard before getting home after a walk. For 3 nights stay we paid 1800 UAH (this is with a discount from booking). I wouldn't pay more for these apartments.
