Small rooms, but clean.

On the plus side, this is an inexpensive accommodation price, air conditioning in the room and hot water. All.

My wife and I have been resting at this hotel for the seventh time. Everything suits us here. The hotel is inexpensive, near Privoz, railway station, 3 stops to the sea, 15 minutes to historical places on the route. Everything is super!

Prior to that, stayed at this hotel three times. The first two visits went well. The third time I came across a room with mold and a musty smell, insisted they gave another room in which I had to fight with mosquitoes all night. 200 pieces were destroyed, they themselves also suffered losses in the form of a couple of dozens of bites for each. The grid on the window did not fit snugly ... For the fourth time it turned out to be the last, more than a foot to this hotel! Booked a room with a jacuzzi for a week. On the day of settlement, 2 hours before arrival, they called the hotel, clarified about accommodation, the answer: everything is fine - come. We arrived through the city by taxi, and there is no hot water for more than two hours, and when it will be unknown. Why do you need a hotel room without hot water, and even more so a room with a jacuzzi, when the very first desire is to at least take a shower from the road. I had to look for a new hotel, spend my nerves, time, money on a taxi. Solid negativity and frustration.
