Hard to find. Nice restaurant with good shashlik and fair prices. At afternoon the local seems normally empty. In the evening it's getting more crowded.

Dirty, no soundproofing. Great option for the money

There are no slippers in the room for UAH 700, there is a 1 meter wide blanket on the double bed, the mattress is worn out and you sleep on springs.
