New premises, good repair, while I do not have my favorite masters here, but the pedicure and eyebrow dyeing were done for five. I live nearby and visit when not at work. I am used to the fast pace of life and here all procedures need to be increased by one and a half times. My man went to the old salon constantly and was satisfied.

Excellent new premises at 18 Danchenko Street, very light, stylish design, nice and cozy inside. I did a pedicure, quickly and thoroughly with the master Vita. Thank you for the quality service and a pleasant morning! Girls, good luck in your new place and more clients)))

The impressions from visiting the salon were mixed. What we liked: 1) Beautiful light design, location. 2) Quality hair products. 3) The neat work of the hair master, I was satisfied with the results of the haircut. Unlike many salons, they thoroughly washed the hair, and did not just distribute the shampoo and rinse it off; withstood the conditioner on the hair for the allotted time. What did not like: 1) SMS reminder of the visit to the salon came at the beginning of the eleventh evening. Strange timing to write to a client. 2) On the day of the visit, an hour before the appointed time, they called me and asked to come 15 minutes later. I came later, as requested, and ... waited another 15 minutes. 3) While waiting, I was not offered coffee, tea, or even water. Although the client who came for a manicure was offered. Yes, I came for a service and would do fine without drinks, but this is very disrespectful to the guest. Especially one who has to wait. 4) Lack of administrator. Perhaps due to the fact that there was a holiday. 5) I was seated in a chair right after another client. The scissors were sprayed only. The mask mode in the salon is not respected, although no one has canceled the quarantine. At the same time, there is a notice on the door so that customers come in masks. To be honest, I was left upset because I had high expectations from the salon with such positive reviews (it is because of them that I came here). Still, I did not come to "Haircuts for 30 UAH", but to the salon. A haircut for 650 UAH fully justified its price, but the service, unfortunately, did not.

The salon moved to a new location and became even better. Master hairdresser Diana is a professional, she works quickly and efficiently!
