Exactly one year since I have been a client of the Yvonne salon. I use a full range of services: hair dyeing, haircut, manicure, pedicure. I also bring my son and husband here. I am always satisfied with the service. Every time, I receive a small present from the hostess.)) It's nice !!! The staff is very polite and correct. My friends, neighbors, colleagues come to the salon according to my recommendations. They also remain permanent customers. C and recommend to others. Agree, this is an indicator of the quality of service. After reading the review, Ilona was upset that the person was writing a lie. I get the impression that you, Ilona, ​​are trying to eliminate competitors. Moreover, not entirely honest and decent method.

Not surprisingly, this is the first review of this salon for its long existence. Was in the salon 4 times (just because I did not have time to pre-register for another) and all the times there was some problem. I thought, well, maybe they just opened, they will correct themselves, but unfortunately nothing has changed during the year. A very big problem is that there is no administrator, the owner of the salon is doing the recording by phone (which looks rather strange), twice in a row there was a time lapse, despite the fact that there are practically no people in the salon. The manicure masters (there were two different ones) are not polite, rude. One was in a hurry and did not dry her nails, the second did not know how to remove the gel with a cutter (there were cuts). The hairdresser talks a lot and sometimes says tactless and incorrect things to the client (both me and my husband). I advise the administration to go to such services in a neighboring residential complex in any beauty salon and compare the quality of services and the communication of staff with their own.

I have been visiting the salon almost from the first days of its opening !!! It is very pleasant to get service from professionals. Not only that I leave with the best results of painting, haircut, manicure and pedicure, but also such an atmosphere and human communication can not be found in every salon.
