Good evening! Unfortunately, today I faced an extremely unpleasant situation in the Globus cabin. I wanted to sign up for a men's haircut in the morning. I was asked to call back later, as there was no master. I called later, at the indicated time, there was no specialist again, but I was still recorded for a haircut. He arrived at the exact time and the master told me that she was busy and could serve me in 40-50 minutes. When I asked about the reasons, I began to come up with a story about what a woman called me and my number answered. Of course, no one called me and physically could not answer for me, because the previous 3 hours I was traveling with my phone with me. No solution options (for example, another master) were offered to me.
