I understand that my comment is unlikely to lead to significant changes in the way the salesperson of the commission department is served, but he impressed me so much today that even after some time, the desire to write a negative comment did not leave me. The seller of the commission department (like Sergei) today refused to accept my goods for commission, referring to the fact that he does not have access to the workplace, although before that he "kindly" condescended to inspect all the equipment (camera and three lenses), checked the "mileage" of the camera to offer me an "exchange" price. I made a preliminary call, obviously with him, and we agreed on today's meeting and I counted, as usual, on professional advice and help in choosing the optimal terms of the deal for myself. But my new "friend", the seller of the commission department, apparently saw the development of the situation differently, and said that today he could not accept anything from me on the commission, since he works in "field conditions". What is the difference between the procedure "for exchange" and "acceptance for commission" and how it is more difficult in the field, he did not bother to explain to me. As a result, I spent several hours in order to ride through the whole city with my equipment back and forth and talk to a person who was absolutely not interested in either this or what I came for. Unfortunately, I can't say thank you to Paparazzi! God Chronos in the guise of the one with whom he was in dialogue today! I would like the store management to transfer the commission department from field conditions to some other, where this "cute" boorish (as it seemed to me) comrade will find enough time to do his job efficiently.
