Disgusting! I used to only wash here, but my last 2 visits were terrible. The first time they scratched the front bumper with a hose, on the next visit they scratched the hood with a wiper. If the first time he attributed it to an accident, then the second killed him completely. In my car, there is no provision for raising the wipers, only in the service position. This did not bother the washer, the wiper, which rested against the hood, was pulled out by force, which ultimately caused damage to the paintwork of the hood edge. I noticed this, went up to the washer and made a remark, but I did not see any adequacy in the answer. Apart from “What is there to do now?” I didn’t hear. After I turned to the administrator (an elderly man), he offered to wait until the end of the process and then discuss the decision. At the end of the car wash, I was offered to fix all the damage a couple of weeks after the opening of the detailing department, at the same car wash. I was completely satisfied with the offer. I left all my contacts and promised to contact me. More than 2 months have passed since the last incident. Nobody has contacted. TOTAL In modern society, the administration should be held accountable for the actions of employees. Unfortunately, I did not see any desire on her part to fulfill the promised obligations. Damage is not critical to me, everything can be eliminated. It is important for me to receive quality service and a customer-oriented approach. I strongly advise people who read this comment to pay attention to the process and the result after washing.

I like the way the guys wash. And thanks to 4m boxing I have never stood in line :)
