A technical inventory of all the illegal buildings in the city passed through this institution. For 23 years of its existence in independent Ukraine, in the BTI archive, which, incidentally, was in the attic and on the 6th floor of the building, the memory of a large number of scams conducted by Odessa scammers of all stripes, from city authorities to small apartment swindlers, has been preserved. Now all these documentary traces have been destroyed, and this is beneficial primarily to those scammers who have been mutilating the city of Odessa all this time and who have destroyed numerous architectural monuments in it, like this one, for example
