What one more consultation if we just consulted and ready to operate ?! The administrator snorted sho such rules and so on, thank you to the doctor who solved this issue and we paid the amount that was voiced and printed earlier! It is a pity that because of such unpleasant, impudent and lying at the reception here not only we but also many others won't come more than once. I will give publicity to this situation and I will leave responses everywhere, I have all documents on hands with proofs. Choose and train the workers, it the face of your clinic! I can't answer you, I'll add to that here! I understand that this woman writes off not a pleasant administrator)) So you know perfectly well that they counted the excess and your answers to the patients of your "clinic" just look ridiculous 😅 Everyone writes the same thing in the reviews, you cheat and charge the excess. God forbid that people still turn to you. THE PEOPLE ARE NOT A "CLINIC", THIS IS PUMPING MONEY, AND THERE IS A UNEDUCATED AND NOT PLEASANT LADY AT THE RECEPTION, WHO WILL SUBSCRIBE THEN TO THE REVIEW!

I don’t live in Ukraine, but I come to some clinics, I know a lot of other wonderful clinics, but I haven’t been to this one yet, although through communication in Viber I realized that in no case would I go there. I read negative reviews - and - Bingo! I agree with everyone! And the fact that the staff of the clinic during the USSR, that is, from the last century, and the fact that they are mainly engaged in extortion of money. I had a question about plastic surgery on the body, and I was interested in a specific body shaping service. For clarity, I sent a small video to get an answer on this specific question. There was no answer to a specific question, but I was quickly billed for several absolutely unnecessary operations, even including anesthesia and everything. I thought they sent me by mistake, but it turned out that they did not, that is, they did not even listen to me! The doctor decided that it is possible to "redo everything", where possible, insert implants or cut, the main thing is that the final amount is the higher the better, and this despite the fact that my figure is close to ideal, and I constantly receive compliments, and the goal was only easy correction. How can I disagree with the rest of the comments about "pumping out money." And this despite the fact that I do not regret money for myself at all, but after all, no one canceled common sense. This despite the fact that I already had operations, and I was in the hands of qualified surgeons, unlike those in this clinic, just so far all the surgeons unanimously said that everything is fine and it is not worth doing anything else, and I nevertheless, I decided to consult in another place, in the hope that they would help to correct such a minimal nuance. And here, not that they agreed to correct this nuance, but directly suggested “everything in the furnace”. It's a pity that I am not a surgeon myself, otherwise I would have offered the clinic staff, and especially the doctor, brain implantation. By the way, I read the reviews about the doctor who gave me recommendations, the rating turned out to be so-so, although the clinic staff assured that they had no “weak” doctors. I decided that maybe I just got to a butcher surgeon, and there are many of them, I wanted to sign up with another, but they urgently demanded to pay the difference in the price of the consultation. This despite the fact that the consultation, which I paid for, did not take place due to the fact that the doctor allegedly fell ill. It is strange that this sick doctor did not stop him from giving recommendations not according to indications, without even seeing the real proportions of the figure, but from the video where the angle does not allow assessing such moments, he supposedly saw everything. But to hold an absentee consultation - here the doctor got sick. As a result, my patience ran out and I decided not to get involved anymore. A self-respecting surgeon will never perform surgeries that are not according to indications, such surgeons already have enough patients, and there is usually no need to take money for a consultation. She demanded a refund of the money paid, more on principle. Do you think you returned it? Aha! They asked for the card number, that is, the Ukrainian card, which I do not have. What is international payments, or PayPal, they have no idea (this is just in time for the statement about the clinic from the times of the USSR). In general, ripping off money is the only thing that this clinic can do, they don't care about the patients, it looks like its own reputation too. I have all the evidence in the correspondence. Stay away from this clinic.

If you are considering this clinic for serious medical issues - be careful. Prices stand out just before our eyes. Tonsilloectomy starts at UAH 8,000, and in the end, more than 20,000 were paid. And even when you have already paid for everything, there will still be a sudden surcharge, "because you did not calculate the dose of anesthesia, the duration of the operation was delayed, you have another 2000 UAH." Not friendly service. When asked why, they are rude "they explained everything to you." When? And what about the moment of getting out of anesthesia when a person does not perceive information? Do not explain the reasons for the change. The nurse shifts the arrows to the administrator, the administrator is rude and also disclaims responsibility. And the doctor just left and the patient with a bunch of questions after the anesthesia should call him himself. It's a pity that they didn't read the reviews carefully. A service that costs so much should be performed better.

He treated gynecomastia in this center. I have had it for a long time, so I had to have an operation. I paid about 25 thousand hryvnias for the examination and the operation itself. The operation was performed with a laser, so there are no visible scars. On the same day they were released home. In general, I am satisfied.
