I signed up at the Viva clinic on Poryka 9A for an urgent ultrasound. At the exit, only a piece of paper with the results was issued, no photos. Afterwards I mentioned that there should be photos as well. I call the main line (because the clinic on Porika does not have its own phone, as I understand it), I ask if there should be photos. They say, definitely. I ask the operator to contact my clinic so that they can prepare a photo for me in advance, because I have a working day, there is no way to wait. I come - no one called anyone, wait at least 20 minutes, because the doctor has another patient. Okay, I'll come in after 6pm, though it's my time. The girl calls back, she says, it is impossible to provide a photo because there is no printer in the office. And the procedure with a length of 10-12 minutes costs UAH 440 per minute. They say it's not my problem that the clinic doesn't have a printer, send it to the post office. They replied that in the evening I could come to another doctor for a repeat ultrasound, there was a printer in his office. Well, for the third time in a day, by the way, on my birthday, I plan to go to Viva. After the call - it is impossible to call the hotline during any time, no SMS, what time to come. I have never seen such a service, even in district hospitals.

Я приятно удивлена сервисом, компетентностью администраторов, профессионализмом докторов и просто приятной атмосферой. Была записана на комплексное обследование, начиная от анализов, рентгеном и заканчивая консультациями узких специалистов. Изначально мой визит в клинику предполагал пребывание там чуть ли не целый день, т.к. обследование было комплексным. Но в итоге все получилось гораздо быстрее. Рада что попала к гинекологу Рутецкая Л.А., главное вовремя. Девочки, кто читает здесь отзывы, рекомендую!!!! Моя история закончилась бы плачевно если бы не вовремя поставленный диагноз и тут же организованное дообследование. Для меня все получилось в наилучшем виде, здесь сохранили мое женское здоровье, что называется без потерь))) Огромная благодарность всем кто был к этому причастен!!! Рекомендую клинику как слаженую командную работу, рекомендую докторов как прекрасных диагностов!

Very polite and pleasant doctor. They were immediately able to get tested, the nurse expertly took blood. The girls at the reception are friendly and pleasant. In general, the atmosphere in the clinic is comfortable. Were at the reception and other specialists. And with the children, and ourselves, everything always went without any hesitation.

Viva, in your opinion, is it okay to ask for payment for a service about which your employees do not warn that it is paid? I went to the surgeon urgently for 590 UAH. consultation because he fell on the ice. We talked about a bruised hand, asked about an abrasion on the leg to disinfect. Well, they anointed me with iodine, pasted the plaster and issued an invoice at the checkout - "dressing is simple code 2063" - you have 315 hryvnias 🙈

This is not the first time we visit the clinic. Mom has chronic diseases and periodically, with an exacerbation for the season, new symptoms appear. This time was no exception. We went to the clinic. At the reception, the receptionist girl immediately co-ordinated which doctor she could contact. In our case, there were 2 doctors, a neurologist and a urologist. We were delighted with the consultations. Andriets Nikolai Nikolaevich turned out to be not only a good urologist, but also an excellent uzist, examined my mother up and down and found something that was not found in other clinics. Pilipenko Olga Rostislavovna - was able to clearly find the problem and prescribed the correct treatment, which greatly improved her health. Bilokur Ruslana Vasilievna - among all the endocrinologists who had my mother Ruslana Vasilievna, I have never met better than an endocrinologist. The doctor reviewed the entire medical record and all the analyzes that were in our hands. We are insanely grateful to everyone who works in the Viva clinic. We have never had such a great service ❤
