" However, knowing their rights as a buyer, Svetlana began to convince pharmacists that such a deception is not permissible. And what? Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the administrator took out three hryvnias from his own pocket - which in fact was a difference in the price of the order - and Svetlana threw it. The woman took the money: "I think if he will return to all diligent buyers from his own pocket - he will understand the mistake and try to correct it." However, on this "struggle for justice" did not stop. Having reached the phone, the accountant decided to complain about the hotline of the "Low Price Pharmacy" network. However, there they only heard the allegations of their own persistence: "Well, you have returned three hryvnia, what else do you want?" - the female voice murmured in the listener. From then Svetlana's nerves finally passed. Not sorry for the time the woman went back to the pharmacy - to demand a book of complaints. In the words of Svetlana did not skimp. The complaint expanded to four pages "All this time. While I wrote a complaint, the seller was showing off price tags from the shelves. But this is also a violation! They ordered medication through the Internet. In the store they gave out medicines and paper, hurried to work, they opened the house in the evening and there was no half in the package, and a check was given - in general, from something else.
