Цветы хорошие, но сервис на ужасном уровне. На сайте пишут что имеют своих собственных курьеров, по факту берут курьеров со стороны, ещё и выкручиваются, хотя курьеру ничего не сказали насчёт времени. Курьер в этот раз попался нормальный, вежливый, прилично одет. Если у вас нет своих курьеров, то уточняйте с теми куда обращаетесь, все вопросы, инструктируйте, а не надейтесь на чудо, вдруг повезёт. Цветы - понравились. Сервис - безответственные.

I'm terrified of how cool your flowers are and how creepy the courier is. And it was like this. My husband ordered me a bouquet for February 14 - he wanted to make a surprise. He asked not to call back. But, he did not know that at that moment I would not be at home. Further conversation with the courier: Me: I'm not at home now. He: What should I do? Me: if possible, then I would like to postpone delivery either for the evening or tomorrow. He's good. I call my husband, I say that I am not at home. The husband said he would postpone delivery until tomorrow. I myself continue to walk quietly with my friend. The courier calls me again. He: so, are you already at home? Me: my husband said he would arrange delivery for tomorrow. He: so I called you in the afternoon Me: so we have not really agreed to anything. He: well, your bouquet is big and some kind of envelope (I remind you, delivery is a surprise) are in my trunk. I don't know what to do with them. well, it may wither there until tomorrow. maybe I'll take it home. I do not know. it says that you will receive some other certificate with a bouquet. I (mentally to myself): so maybe then open the envelope and see what's there ... and maybe you will already tell what kind of bouquet there is ... I checked with my husband, my husband said that he asked the service to postpone delivery until tomorrow and he was promised that they would contact me in order to clarify the delivery time ... And when he still brings a bouquet today and I opened it with horror, very much hoping that the flowers in the trunk did not fade, they seemed to cost little money, I was happy - it is clear that the flowers are fresh and even a day without water they looked very good ... Well, I have a question for Bloom Rose - how can you make such possessed bouquets, monitor the quality and freshness of flowers and choose such a creepy courier. Well, the truth is, I even got a little alcoholic bouquet ... You know, if a man wanted, for example, to ask my forgiveness with this bouquet, after such a delivery I would be offended by him even more.
