I ordered balloons to be delivered on the same day but received an email the next day that they had not been delivered but would be and the same day charge refunded which it was. Two days later I got an email saying they could not deliver balloons but I could substitute flowers and to contact immediately if I did not want the substitution. No phone number given in the email. With some difficulty I got through to them. And with even more difficulty, I was able to get a full refund. Word of caution if you do order from them - save or print out your receipt. Better yet, contact your local florist instead!
