Прочитала отзывы об магазине и думала проблем не будет,а оказалось наоборот... 1.03 с утра сделала заказ оплатила заказ+доставку но в течении дня не получила не подтверждения ни опровержение заказа.02.03 решила созвониться с магазином.Ответил менеджер сказал что заказанного товара нет в наличии и что в течении дня вышлют альтернативные варианты но увы ответа снова не было. 03.03 снова набрала и вновь получила ответ что перезвонят в течении 15 минут.через 2 часа ответа так и нет.Надеюсь все же деньги вернуть на карту.Но впредь больше с данным магазином связываться не буду ,нет уважения к клиентам и ответственности.Не рекомендую данный магазин

We ordered a composition of orchids instead of a bouquet. It turned out very beautifully, festively. All wishes were taken into account, many options were offered to choose from. Without a hint of annoyance on Sunday afternoon, we spent almost an entire day of time. The already transplanted composition was delivered in the morning. Not a single flower was damaged during transportation.

I love people who can offer their client "a little more". That's how it happened with this store. Everything is just fine. And the manadarin that we bought from them is excellent) Thank you)

Just awful company. Know that if you have any problems, the warehouse owner will simply ignore your calls and SMS and block the numbers from which you call. Plants that stand in the warehouse die, the choice is small. The only thing that saves are the guys-sellers, but if the owner has such an attitude to both customers and workers, it will not help. I strongly advise against contacting this store, it will be more expensive ...

I recommend the store, I process the order promptly, the consultants are pleasant and polite, always in touch, helping to resolve any issue. Plants are in excellent condition, shipping is fast!
