In turn, the master did not name the specific cause of this problem and advised me to take a level and check the geometry of the door frame. Question: why then such work of the master who does not carry out independently diagnostics concerning malfunction of a door and cannot provide qualified consultation ???

I asked the master to come and see what the problem is with the doors and why they do not open correctly. In the end, I was told that they can only come and replace the lock. How can you immediately come and change something without first figuring out what is the reason and why the door does not work normally ?! Absolute non-professionalism !! I will add: Another company came, secured the lock and everything started working WELL!

I called the number, I wanted to order a master, the man asked what type of door, I said it was wooden, he answered we work with metal ones and without continuing the conversation immediately dropped the phone. Is it okay? And finish? Or say goodbye, no? And if I also have a metal door and need to install a lock on it. Complete nonsense, how can you communicate with clients. Terrible service. I called him back again, and asked if it was okay that he abruptly dropped the phone - in response, the "goremaster" began to raise the tone, yell and be rude, saying that you don't read and call and everything is written there! Cattle and hamlo, that's who works there. For such an attitude towards clients and communication I DO NOT ADVISE this office
