Great room in the right place! Nice staff and friendly administration! High-level trainer with regalia and understanding of nutrition and training! I recommend!

As in the nineties in the provinces. Closely, everything is shabby, the equipment is dumb (some pancakes are worth it !!!!). Showers are tin. The entrance to the hall is simply awful. In general, you can do it, but do you need to force yourself. There are more comfortable places.

Olya Lobasheva, you write that you have been training for 4 months, I watched training records for the last month 4 trainings, for the last 68 days of 11 trainings, of course, during such a visit, the training took place with minimal weights, and in most cases with my own weight, after the last training I have not heard any complaints from you, so where and how the injury was received can only be guessed, the easiest way is to blame someone for no reason. At the expense of the hall I will say that we have a beautiful hall and excellent professionally savvy staff.
