I had just come to get a haircut, but at 7.26 pm I was refused, citing the fact that the hairdresser would not have time. There is no queue, the hairdresser is free, all my objections that I have to straighten out and it's 10 minutes, answered that they clearly work until 20 and had to come earlier. I asked for a book of complaints, but there are no free pages! And there was no other place where there would be a place to write a complaint. I ask the management to pay attention to such customer orientation

For three years now I have been going to this salon to the hairdresser Natalya. She is a great fellow and professional, quickly and efficiently, and the main thing is that the prices here are adequate, unlike other establishments. And the whole range of services is present: so I recommend it to men who take care of themselves.

How I managed to get into this "salon", I do not know. But my husband and I regretted that they decided to have a haircut there. Everything will have to be redone, if at all someone will undertake it. Overburned, scraped hair ... Horror. They have never cut their hair worse. Want to get hysterical? That way. Think 10,000 times before signing up here.

We have been using the services of this salon for more than 5 years with the whole family. Great place, atmosphere and professionals in their field. They will always serve well and advise, help with the selection of paint and simply cheer up. We especially adore Allochka - this person does not just work, but creates a favorable atmosphere around and gives everyone a sunny mood in any weather !!!

For the first time, the master cut her hair quite well, neatly, said that she wanted me to be satisfied and return. The second time, the haircut is terrible - crooked, on one side the transition left mine an oval, on the other side it was even, and in the middle it was like a torn piece. I left the salon wondering why they cut so quickly and cut the bangs in front of them a little after I asked, and the bangs? but it was not even checked for symmetry and evenness, as is usually done ... but I am generally a very nice client, trusting and since I have not changed my haircut for many years and it is difficult for the master to spoil something, I calmly went home. I have hair 15 centimeters below my shoulders, so I could not see what was behind me on my own, my husband looked, drew me =)) and I was shocked !!! My hair has not yet been cut so badly, very crooked, very straight. Have to go to re-lose money and hair length. Extremely outraged!
