I do not recommend it. Was at them for the passage of MOT and diagnostics of cars (GOLF 6 2012 release) 2 times. Last time in April 2020 and this was the final point. After that, no more foot to them - I feel too sorry for my car. On my part, there were complaints about the creak of the brake caliper and the noise that appeared at the moment when you start the car. They could not eliminate any of this, or at least find out the cause. Plus they also poured the oil level. Now, in order: 1) When changing the oil, the mechanic clearly overflowed its level; 2) Regarding the squeak - the mechanic examined the pads, brake discs and brake calipers (well, as he examined it, he fluently passed under them) and said that everything was ok and I had a problem with the rear left shock absorber. Like, replace the rear shock absorbers and everything will be fine. - After that, I drove to another service station, where they greased me with supotr and I successfully forgot about the creaks (and 4 months have passed already). Regarding the replacement of the shock absorber - I won't even think about changing it, since I have no complaints about it; 3) The engine noise, according to the mechanic, was caused by hydraulic lifters. How to fix it - fill in the additive "STOP NOISE" and everything will be ok. It also did not suit me and I went to another service station, where I was diagnosed - a pump makes a noise. After her replacement, all complaints disappeared. 4) Plus to this - during the recording, I clarified whether I can make a payment by card, to which I was answered - only a transfer, since they do not have a terminal. But in fact, at the time of payment, I was informed that they can only accept cash and I still had to go to the EPICENTER and withdraw money from an ATM. Here is my experience with this service station.
