I chose the company based on the reviews found on the Internet for moving from one apartment to another. Considering that I already used the services of the cleaning company Artal Plus and I liked it, I decided to use Artal Gruzchik. I left a request the day before moving to 2 movers and a car at 16:00 the next day. The day of moving, 16:00, there is nobody. At 16:10 I call the company, asking “where are the people?”, To which I get the answer “will be in 5 minutes”. 16:40 - still no one. They haven’t picked up the phone for about 10 minutes. But finally I got through, I ask again, where is at least someone. It turns out that one loader is sitting under the house, the second is late, and there are no cars at all, they didn’t add it to the order when ordering, they promise to quickly fix the trouble. 17:00 - finally there are movers who start to gush with ideas a la "but let us call 2 taxi cars, your boxes will fit perfectly there", "do you want us to find you a car not through the company?". Meanwhile, I reach the boiling point, because I had exactly 2 hours to move, which I was promised to get on the phone in advance. At 17:10 the car is still there, but it will arrive at best in 30 minutes, and I don’t have much time. As a result, I refused the services of Artal Gruzchik and will never use it again. P.S. The pads happen for everyone and I would calmly react to the delay if at least someone bothered to pick me up and warn me. But with this attitude, there is no desire to use your services and no promised discounts will return it. P.S.S. And good advice: after receiving the application on the day of moving, recruit the client, specify the time of your arrival and the points that are entered in the application.
