Nice and comfort park for weekend walk. Good and clear place.

Very quiet and cozy place with tragic history.

Very easily and quickly accesible by metro from the city centre. This place will teach you a lot about the history of this area and it's people during Second World War and after. There are quite a few sculpurest to see and quite a few information boards to read (in english as well). I invite you to explore the park on your own.

A beautiful old park.

Very beautiful large park. One part of the park - the smaller is located on the side of the Baykovsky cemetery, and the second - the largest is on the side of Petrovka. I strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with the history of this place. Cozy, clean, well-groomed paths and new benches. There are several memorials on the territory of the Babin Yar park, both for individuals and for generalizing. In the center of the park on an elevation is the main monument symbolizing the bodies of dead people lying on top of each other. The monument surrounds a depression in the ground. The park is quiet and calm, it is pleasant to walk alone or in company. The only negative is that the park is surrounded by large highways on which there are always a lot of cars. Near the metro Dorogozhichi is a monument to Alyona Telige. For the most part of the Babin Yar Park there is a bike path. Also in the park are monuments to Jews and Roma. In most of the park, the air is much cleaner and much quieter. I myself often spend time here myself and with the company. I highly recommend visiting!
