Moldova considered in Ukraine as in a red zone of covid-19 so ukrainian custom asked us to lock on self observation for 14 days, but we declined, they called for a police. We defeated ourselves and proofed that we crossed Moldova only as a transit purpose. But make a picture of this transit document that you get on Moldova boarder so you can proof it to ukrainian police. Have no idea what the order ukrainian custom obeys ( cus there is no law in Ukraine that you need to be under self observation for 14 days if you crossed red zone country in a transit way.

Be carefull if you look somehow like a hippie a security will carefully search for something green. Than will force big money from you to make they lifes a bit better. I dont use anything green and went throught this process... Was strange to see how carefully 3 guards seach my bag with tent, sleeping bag and dirty socks :D

You did all the documents for your dog but they want some extra money to let you leave Ukraine.

Avoid it if possible. Delays happen without official reasons.
