She asked about solving the problem of leaking sewer pipe and, if necessary, replacing it. Without clarifying any details of the order, without asking additional questions, the guy on the phone (did not introduce himself) said that the cost was 450 hryvnias. when I clarified that we are talking about the sewer pipe of the riser, I said that they would not do that. When I asked why - he just said - we don't want to and DROPPED the phone. As for me - with such a service you can close immediately: -) ... A person can neither talk, nor "lead the client", nor identify a large potential order, etc ...

The plumber came at the specified time, bought and replaced the flush mechanism in the toilet and gave a warranty for 1 year. Satisfied with the work of the company and the master, who turned out to be a very nice person. Definitely recommend.
