Crazy Babushkas. I think they're deaf. Obolon staff is much more friendlier. I think these workers should of retired when the USSR collapsed.

The department just stopped in time. One cashier !!! The queues are at least 10 people. Dear branch manager, you have to organize QUALITATIVE work of your branch !? At least in the absence of 2 cashiers and when there are a large number of people, you can YOURSELF sit in the cashier's place! At least make it easier for your employee! Or do you have a lot of tasks? NOTHING WILL CHANGE IN THIS COUNTRY! Employees in STATE STRUCTURES are just sitting out their time! NO DESIRE TO DO SOMETHING GREATER! To wait for your turn to pay by invoice, you need to wait at least 40-50 minutes !!! IF THE POSITION OF THE UKR MAIL IS "The head of the country post" !?, then excuse me, this is a shame of Ukraine. What quality of service do you provide? What service ?! After waiting 40 minutes, the cashier announced that the SYSTEM hung up and the connection was lost. It seems that the postal staff deliberately delay the time until 13.00, when the percentage of the commission for services will be higher !!! THIS IS A FAILURE !!!! to the question: - "When will the connection with the server be restored?" - "We don't know" everything is decided by the Cabinet of Ministers !? After that, all the employees left to go about their business! Here are 2 diplomas "FOR YAKIS SERVICE!" ANSWER - FOR WHAT?!?!?! As a result, after 55 minutes of waiting! I didn't wait for my opportunity to pay for my tuition! It's a shame !!!!! Just LOST TIME !!!!! 😡😡😡 I do not have enough words and emotions to express my displeasure! It didn't end there. Came closer to 17.30 again, hoping that I can pay the bill. This time, at the 2nd checkout, I was kindly offered help, an EMPLOYEE who could not receive clients during the day, for some unknown reason, or rather, he did it selectively (for the elite). Having looked at the details of the payment, he said that the amount exceeds UAH 5000 and a SCAN COPY of the PASSPORT AND CODE is needed. - OK. I have provided. But ... it never happened. He says: "I need to attach a copy of my passport and code to the receipt, but we have NO !!!!!! neither a scanner nor a copier !!!! You want to say that I have to make copies somewhere else, and then just come to you and do what you should do on the spot !? How can you accept payments without the ability to do it! ??? ABSURD!!!! Avoid this place and this structure! This is not a service!

Women hear the word USA for the first time, and what is NYC in USE in general for them mysterious 3 letters ... Introduce the staff to the geography of the USA a little ... In general, the department is not bad. Why are there eternal queues of socializing retirees at the door? Who do not allow to enter because they are in line !!! Nobody is in a hurry. I go for parcels to another department, just not here

Awful, awful, awful! If it was possible to put zero, then I would put it. Disgusting, I came for a parcel, stood in line, and then it turned out that I could not pick it up. Because it needs to be paid by card, and the cash has already been counted and taken by the collector, "come on Monday." I replenished the card and came and it turns out I have to stand in line again. I do not recommend coming here for those who want to save their nerves and time. Mail really sucks and employees don't even wear masks !!!! 😠😠😠😠

They do not pick up the phone. Install CRM for them in order to call back clients when they do not have time to pick up the phone. In general, I work like a typical state employee .... let the salary be paid on the basis of the number of high-quality clients ... People have no motivation
