I think this post office is a very comfortable. It has politely and friendly personal. When I asked they about my package they always answered me with tactfully. That's why I could say that prefer to book my future goods through that office.

Constant queues, boorish operators, no attitude to people ..... One customer can serve more than 10 minutes .... It's just awful ..... I do not advise anyone to receive parcels through Ukrainian mail. And this is not a one-time case!

There are constant queues, it is impossible to quickly go in and pick up a parcel, two of three windows work, one is not clear why at all, but in the second absolutely everything: payments, pensions, parcels, letters, registry office, funeral home and church, as a result one huge queue. I would not be surprised if the stagecoaches instead of cars at Ukrposhta drive so all "modern".
