The department is renovated, but the service is terrible. The queues are constant. One person is served from 30 minutes. do not know accounts, staff training during queues. Receiving clients without masks. One card payment terminal for 4 cash desks. Yes, and one of my parcels was transported around Kiev for a MONTH. One pen for all to sign their checks. There is no disinfector.

The most friendly and polite staff. They will always prompt everyone to behave very respectfully with retirees. They try not to collect queues. It's nice that all the workers are always in masks and there is an ANTISEPTIC in the department, everything is as it should be! Keep it up.
