I want to thank the head Kovalchuk V. It is always a pleasure to go to the communication department 111. Operators are always neat with a good smile in the department is always clean. I use services very often (price and quality). Operators work fast, but the software wanted the best. state enterprise therefore I use services..I really love this post office I want to wish girls respect in workplaces a decent salary.

Only one counter works to receive or send a parcel. Sometimes queues arise because of this. Young workers sometimes make mistakes which also increases the waiting time. But the cost and duration of delivery compensates. I hope Ukrposhta will get a tightened service

unfortunately the service is poor. to receive a parcel across Ukraine, they were sent to stand in line with utility payers. at the same time, the operator for issuing international parcels was completely unloaded. only after the scandal, another operator sat down (apparently the head of the department) and in 10 minutes issued all the parcels for which they would have to stand in line for 40 minutes.Why it is impossible to allocate a separate operator on the days of utility payments - I do not understand ... everyone would saved nerves and time: both for ourselves and for clients ...
