I waited, 6 days pass, there is no parcel. I called again, they started to feed breakfast. There will be two answers to each of your questions, 1 - if it is winter, then the guys cannot deliver the package due to invented weather conditions. 2- heavily loaded. In general, after 4 weeks of waiting, I received the parcel. But just think, in these delivery times, 8 DAYS FROM CHINA (WITH DRINK STOPS) AND 4 WEEKS DELIVERY IN KIEV. It is very sad that such a network works so badly. And about how to find your branch, this is another story altogether, which leads to running around all the shops that are nearby at that address. In general, I will "advise" you to all friends and acquaintances as the "fastest" and "most responsible" delivery men.
