There were no problems with Ukr mail until this branch was opened. Just awful service. With rare exceptions, they can find something. The parcel arrived, but to find "sorry, you need to manually sort through everything, leave the number, we will call you back." But nothing that the number has already been left and no call? Or is it necessary to wait until we ourselves forget about this premise and voila, the problem is solved? And isn't it easier to sort everything neatly from the beginning so that this circus would not exist? Well, the truth is, the parcels are all lying around like, in different corners of the room, anywhere .. everything looks like a dump. Honestly, they endured it for a long time. New branch, they must somehow optimize their work over time. But no, it happens all the time, starting from the opening day and now, after a lot of time, they still can never find anything. Just if you have nothing to do, come, we will say that we cannot find your letter / parcel, we will write down your number and forget about your existence until you come to us again and maybe the stars will converge .. In general, if there is a person who should control the accounting processes in this dump, then he obviously cannot cope with his work.

For half a year I call the hotline and leave a request for correcting the location of the branch. Still not fixed. And they did not call back. I left it 3 times. Parcels without a track are lost. They never sent the stubs to the box about the parcel.
