The man on phone-reception has very poor communicational skills (Soviet style). I asked him about public desk-phone of the company which rents an office there, nothing more. He refused and when I asked why he cannot help me he only said:"Think it yourself". It was not only rude but also very unwise of him, because the office-center must help its clients to meet with their clients and do business.

Great office center in quite place near US embassy.

Good place to rent an office.

Excellent business center. Great views and fresh air. On the territory there is a dining room (7 out of 10), parking. True, you will have to walk to the nearest store. An extremely calm area due to the proximity of an elite residential complex and the US embassy.

Steep drive into the parking lot. Check-in is not sprinkled or cleaned of ice. Some cars could not enter.
