A couple of minutes later a girl contacted me and said that they would not give me a discount because I made a full non-cash payment, but had to call and clarify everything before paying. The problem is that the instructions on the website do not contain any explanations about the payment, so it was not my fault in this incident. She suggested that I place an order tomorrow and get a discount by agreeing on everything by phone, but my birthday is today and I made an order today, tomorrow I will not make it, so for me this solution to the problem is not suitable. It is also interesting in this proposal of the operator's girl that she suggested that I place an order tomorrow, that is, 12/28/20, but on the website of this institution it is written that 12/28, they do not work, that is, even if I wanted to make another order I couldn't. It turns out that the employee is not aware of the opening hours of the institution and provides false information. I do not fully understand what the problem is when delivering the order, return the difference in cash or make a transfer to the card. I do not regret the absence of a 107 hryvnia discount on my order, but such work with clients, in my opinion, is not optimized enough. If you have any specific conditions for receiving a discount, such as “you cannot pay the full amount by card,” please write about this in the instructions on the site. Considering the quality of food, good prices and fast delivery, I was very surprised by this turn of events, I hope in the future they will add more detailed instructions, and no one will spoil their mood on the holiday anymore.
