It is better not to go there without a preliminary call. I wanted to see the sauna for the DR celebration, but it was closed because the administrator (apparently the only person from the staff) "went to ATB". After waiting 20 minutes in the cold, the administrator never showed up. The time was three hours on Tuesday - working according to the schedule. I will also add that the entrance to the sauna without signs, a broken gray door with a blue visor - looks more like a collection room than a decent institution, I had to ask the parking guard to understand where the entrance is. Conclusion: Hamam may be good, but it has serious staff problems.

I have visited many different saunas and baths in Kiev, but this is the first time I've seen this. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, but it's a trifle. So "professionally" nobody tried to deceive me yet. The administrator should keep track of the time spent in the establishment, but she somehow did not bother to control this. I'm sure that we stayed there for 2 hours, for how much it was paid. The administrator demanded to pay extra for one more hour, supposedly we were not two, but three hours. Let me remind you that we stayed for only two hours, but if it were even longer, we should have been warned in advance that they had ignored. The admin girl thinks that we are wrong, but this is her jamb, not ours. We did not pay extra.

Was with my sister in the hammam. In general, no more than 3 people fit, the plumbing is old, the doors were jammed, the sheets and the hair dryer had to go out to take. The atmosphere itself is cozy, it became cold for us, they came and turned on the fireplace for us, tea was made ... so - not bad, but not Wow. Inside the hammam itself is beautiful, I liked it.))) I would come again - I don't know.
