Came to Alexander with a problem: a lump between the shoulder blades, difficult to breathe. She took a course of ten massages and was very pleased with the result. Unpleasant sensations in the back passed, breathing became easier, sleep became better, lightness in the whole body, the desire to kill and quarrel all disappeared. It is very nice to talk to Alexander on various topics. Massages take place in a specially equipped room, there is a massage table, a disposable cape, an individual towel, during the massage pleasant music is played. The massage lasted an hour and included a massage of the entire back with attention to the problem points, as well as the shoulders and neck, head and ears. I highly recommend and plan to return for repeated massages.

I have been doing massage for over 10 years, of which more than 5 years with Alexander! We do general sports massage once a week. A top-class professional and an expert in his field, golden hands! Feels the body and knows how to work with it competently, which is very important! Any discomfort, clamps, tension disappear after his massage! I took a course of back massage from Alexander and I am satisfied, the discomfort under the shoulder blade disappeared, the general condition improved, and I lost some weight. The overall impression is good. Everything is professional, clean and the cost of the procedures pleases.
