The staff who rents electric motorcycles has unacceptable blatant behavior and lack of respect for the customer. On 02.04.2018. around 15:00. I wanted to buy a special experience for my son, namely to ride on the electric motorcycles offered by the company. There was only one customer in front of me. I first asked what the hiring procedure was. They explained to me and told me to wait five minutes. I naturally waited. After 20 minutes I asked: is there a problem? Silence. After 30 minutes I asked: how long do I have to wait for? I was impudently told that nobody kept me waiting at all. With such employee behavior, there is a bright future for the company they work for.
