Horror. There is no such disgusting department anywhere else. They are locked with a key, and do not let people in, but they themselves drink tea !!!

Terrible bank. I paid for the loan before the new year for December and in advance for January. The bank employees said that there is no need to pay in January, the amount will be written off and everything will be OK. Today they called from Alfa-Bank and said that I had a delay in my loan and I had to pay urgently. I'm not going to take a loan from this bank anymore.

I have never seen a worse bank! I came to close the loan, so they still drew me%, and they are not going to recount anything! It's a long story! There is nowhere to complain and no one to write to, as their employee said, and it's useless !!! The attitude is boorish both in the offices and in support, the application is crooked! Do not contact this bank under any circumstances!

A visit to this department leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. I do not advise.

At the exchange office there is a girl without a sense of tact. I do not advise serving there.
