The service is disgusting! An employee of the bank, sitting opposite me in a mask and chewing gum, while saying something. When I asked her name, she threw a badge with the name Shpat Natalia on the table. The attitude was boorish. I ask the bank's management to teach their employees to be more friendly to their customers.

Was in the department with the child, because there is no one to leave him with. A child with a disability in a wheelchair. Driving along such a steep ramp is VERY DIFFICULT. And to move down is VERY SCARY.

Good and friendly service

Service below the baseboard. I ordered a replacement card. Specified in advance when to pick up. The day has come to receive a new card, I am terribly late and hope for a "action" on customer service pb, I come to the branch, check in the queue for the availability of "beneficiaries". There were none. Hurray！ 😀🙏 I inform the bank employee about this, to which she answers me that I need to wait in the general queue. Given the time constraints, the visit has to be postponed to another day and spend time again😡. I do not recommend this bank for my financial affairs！ 😠
