In the end, instead of 3 sachets of the drug that were indicated on the site, they sold one to me, while the pharmacist, holding 8 packages of the medication I needed, said that they would not sell it to me, because it wasn’t (SHE KEEPS IT IN HANDS AND LOOKS AT ME). In total, the purchase of four drugs took 20 minutes, and instead of 3 packets of the drug, I was given 1 in the order, and when asked to sell those that the pharmacist was holding in their hands, they refused, because they were not there. For a long time they gave me change, because two specialists could not understand the program and punch a check. I don’t understand at all why I should stand and watch and listen to how the specialists solve their internal issues in front of me, despite the fact that I several times emphasized that the child is bad and I am in a hurry. I had to go to another pharmacy to buy more medicine that was not sold to me. In the end, I just asked to give me the change so I could leave. I called the call center and tried to talk to the operator, but the operator was very hard to hear.
