This desire was impulsive, since before that we had been to Eldorado, bought a microwave, and there were a couple of chairs. The husband with the words: I want such a chair, offered to go and choose it in the specialty store Table and Chair, which was nearby. Fortunately, there was just extra money to buy. But they came to the store, and the seller seemed not interested at all to sell the goods. We walked on our own, looked for ourselves, he did not even get up from his seat, he could not advise anything. But even with this "consultation" they themselves chose the chair. And here's a new topic: they have no free or paid delivery. This is despite the fact that the store sells furniture. They started calling the taxi and asking if they could put a chair in the taxi, they asked to find out the dimensions of the product. To which we were shown from the back room about what the box looks like, guess about the measurements yourself. Only when, and after that, they were ready to purchase this coveted chair, we were suddenly asked: there is a product of a different color in the box and it costs 1200 UAH. expensive. And so they left with nothing. A store with this approach loses customers. Or perhaps he doesn't need them at all ...

I bought 3 chairs last year. One of them turned out to be defective. The mechanism did not work normally, the chair itself fell. I gave it under warranty for repairs. They repaired it for more than 2 months. He took the chair and literally a couple of days later everything resumed again. It seems that nobody put a new mechanism there! Very displeased! I’ll throw this chair to hell and buy it in a normal store, a normal chair! I do not recommend this chain of stores to anyone!

Scammers! They do not want to return money for a defective chair. The "boss", which is the main thing here in general, "is not a very good person," I do not want to call names. Having come to the store, be prepared for the fact that you will be actively trying to sell certain models of chairs. And if you want a refund for any reason (marriage, did not fit) you are waiting for complete disappointment after a conversation with the "manager". Not only they will not return anything, but they will also be harassed.
