Overall a good store. I have been buying since the opening of 8 years, regularly (every day for small things). The range of products is not large, but overall ok. Today there was an unpleasant incident with a security guard who attacked me when leaving the store (this despite the fact that the staff seems to know me approximately). I was delayed when buying due to a limited budget. When I made a purchase, I went to the trash can and threw out the check. When leaving, the guard abruptly grabs me behind my back, for my jacket (I did not even expect that such a situation could happen) with the words: “Have you forgotten anything, friend?”. To which I replied: “What is it? I did nothing". After that, he took me by the hand into the store and told me to get everything out of my pockets, with the pretext that I had stolen something (this despite the fact that I have been shopping there for 8 years and almost everyone knows me). I took out a pack of sweets, and the guard, exceeding his authority, began to probe the pockets of his jacket with a face “like I didn't really steal anything”. Then I asked him why he grabbed me, he had no right and all that, to which the answer followed: “Sorry. I apologized. ” The security guard with a calm face stepped aside (the administrator Artyom was standing next to me (I don’t remember exactly). I left the store in a ruined mood, that this could happen, because I had been there every day for 8 years and it seemed like there were no such unpleasant situations with other people, etc. Maybe for our country this is a common case, but it is still unpleasant that frequent customers are put in such situations, shielding them with thieves.
