I called and ordered a drug in a different city to another city, immediately paid 75 UAH, they said they would send it when the mail will work, because day off. I called on Monday, clarified. Nobody sent anything, called on Wednesday to find out what the matter was, in the end the girl said that it was not available and said wait until it appears, to which I said that they promised to send it to me. In the end, in addition to "Well, the girl mixed up something else," I did not hear anything. Even no apology or interest to settle the situation. They only said that they could return the funds. Today I received, 70 UAH per card, instead of 75 UAH. The girl called, I told her about it "It's not us who sent the money, we were told to warn you about it." For 5 hryvnias, I certainly won’t call, but the situation is not pleasant. Therefore, I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, unless of course you want to run into rudeness and rip-off. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was at the pharmacy two or three times. After the first time - only if absolutely necessary. Only “at an emergency” because there was no case that the visit went well. Permanent rudeness of the staff or any problems. Today came to buy a flu vaccine for adults and children. The pharmacist literally half an hour searched for vaccine certificates. At the same time, she searched everywhere, except that she did not look into the bin. Standing in line first I had to read articles on the Internet to at least somehow pass the time. After finding the certificates, I asked why the vaccines are not cool to the touch? They told me that they did not have minus 30 in the refrigerator. I also did not have minus 30 in the refrigerator, but everything I get out of there is cool to the touch. And this is a vaccine for children! A manager appeared and, instead of smoothing out and resolving the situation, said something in the style of: "Do not like it - do not take it!" Thank God that I, apparently, was not the first buyer of the vaccine with such questions, and the pharmacist was in no hurry to break the check and just gave the money away (otherwise I imagine that it would start!). And it’s not clear whether the pharmacy’s karma is the same, or the same manager over the years has “organized the work”. In short, everything is sad and if you have the opportunity to call in another pharmacy, then take this opportunity. Save time and nerves. P.S. Many thanks to the owner for such a detailed answer. It immediately shows that the problem is in me and my misunderstanding, and in the pharmacy itself everything is "ok." Perhaps, in part, this is so. However, I would still like to make a few remarks. First, it would still be possible to systematize the storage of documents in the pharmacy (and the vaccine certificates, apparently, apply to them) so that the pharmacist would not look for them in all corners and would not take away his or her own time. Secondly: you probably know from your life experience that in communication not only words matter, but the form of appeal. And the search for certificates and the "recommendation" of your manager, apparently, are clearly visible on the surveillance cameras, which, as I suppose, you have. But this is not the most important thing. The main question is: why out of dozens of pharmacies that I have to deal with (including Citymed), problems arise only in this? Or is it a rhetorical question?
