It was very comforting to have them in constant contact with me throughout the process and I loved the fact that they sent me a photo of the bouquet prior to delivery. My gift was supposed to be a surprise so I did not notify my friend of the delivery. Therefore I was not aware she was actually on the other side of town at the time of delivery. The flower shop rep contacted and notified me of the situation. I felt bad for the sudden change of delivery address, but was reassured by the business that it was no problem at all.
