The administrators apologize, arguing that the coach had a force majeure. I understand everything, this can happen to everyone, but not twice in a row, and even more so with different coaches. The administrators of course offered to work out in the gym with a trainer, but if I wanted to, then most likely I would have bought a subscription to the gym. You are a big hall, you have many branches, is it really impossible to somehow warn your customers if you really value them. We have a progressive age of technology, everyone has a social network, you can post similar information there too. By such an attitude towards your clients, you lose their trust, and in the case of me, then a potential client, and unfortunately I cannot recommend your club to my friends and acquaintances. I hope for my feedback, you will react correctly, I wrote it only so that your network was only getting better.

I like this room. Quite spacious, lots of exercise equipment. two floors. There are group lessons. Locker room, showers. You can order a protein shake even after your workout. On sale there is sports nutrition, water. You can rent a towel if needed.
