The hall is excellent. There are enough trainers and they are selected very competently (even when many people can choose an analog for the desired muscle group without sacrificing the pace of the workout), there is a shower, massage, beautician, cells for valuables, at the reception you can order various cocktails and additives, a very convenient schedule until 11 pm, an adequate subscription price. But there are a few drawbacks: - there is no cashless payment by card. Using cash alone is not always convenient. - classes with a trainer, individual and group. It’s better not to order groups - the trainer will at best show how to perform the exercise (sometimes without even monitoring the correctness). I have not tried individual, because disappointed in the group. But if you are a beginner - group ones will be needed so that the trainer will draw up a training program for you (without this he would not be). - the men's locker room, in addition to 2 showers, is equipped with only benches around the perimeter and hooks for clothes on the walls. There are no lockers for clothes. - music. take your headphones with you immediately, as 50% of their playlists are made up of Russian music. Loboda, Dorn, Arthur Pirozhkov and all sorts of mixes of post-Soviet songs, to put it mildly, are poorly suitable for training. But there are also very cool collections (this is how lucky) - there is a feeling that the simulators are wiped (wet cleaning) very rarely (not every day). - Returning to the topic of trainers. I see there are many newcomers who are engaged in themselves. And they are doing it very wrong, up to the traumatic techniques of complex exercises. But the coach in the gym will not even hint to such a newcomer that he is doing something wrong if the latter has not paid for the training. The rest of the room is excellent. To summarize, I can recommend it.
